OAKDALE

Jenna Foster graduated from Duncan High School in 1995.  Upon graduation, she moved to Norman where she obtained a degree in elementary education from OU in May 1999.  Foster was a classroom teacher in Oklahoma for 19 years, serving various roles such as being a reading/math curriculum coach to teachers for Edmond Public Schools and teaching in the elementary classroom in first through fourth grade.  She credits her spark to be an administrator to her principal/mentor, Dr. Marilyn Livingston, who inspired her to continue her educational journey while being a 1^st grade teacher at Jenks SE Elementary.  Foster graduated with a master’s degree in educational administration from UCO in 2009.

On a personal note, Jenna is married to Rand Foster who works in the treasury department at MidFirst Bank. They have a son Blake, who is a middle school student at Oakdale. She also has three dogs, all which she calls “premium blends” because they are rescue dogs.
