Kimber is currently Director of Regulatory Policy and Planning at Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (“OG&E”) in Oklahoma City.   Prior to this role, Kimber practiced law in both private practice and as Managing Director of Legal for OG&E.  He also served in the administration of Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating and was legislative liaison for the University of Oklahoma.  Kimber has a BA in Government from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  He currently serves on the Board of Science Museum Oklahoma and he is also an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma.
