"Sound of Music" by Lyric Theatre was presented yesterday for our Rockets, Pre-K-5th. This was a wonderful, interactive program that students enjoyed participating in. Way to go Rockets!











Please save the date for the annual Daddy/Daughter dance sponsored by PTC! Join us on Sunday, February 23th from 3:00 - 5:00 in the Oakdale gym and cafeteria for a special time together. Admission is $20 per family and will include a DJ, face painting, professional photo, pizza and sweet treats. All are welcome - Dads, step-dads, dad figures, and grandfathers are all welcome to join! Jayden Dasari will be representing Oakdale at the regional Spelling Bee. Gracie Whitley was runner up and will serve as the alternate for Oakdale and Brenna Peterson placed thrid.

No School Monday, January 20th in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.


We are excited to kick off the Oakdale Rowing Team (6th-8th grades) spring season on February 11th! No prior experience is required. We would love to have any and all interested middle school students join us for T/Th/F practices (flexible attendance) beginning on February 11th. We have had many Oakdale students continue rowing through high school as well as earn college scholarships at the NAIA and NCAA levels. Thank you for your continued support of this unique and exciting Oakdale sport - Go Rockets Rowing!


School board members were honored at the monthly board meeting for their dedication and leadership in helping made Oakdale the best. Thank you Jodi Hietpas, Kimber Shoop, & Caeli Williams for your service and helping make Oakdale what it is!

Huge thank you to Christine Ford for all the work in helping prepare them for the all-state auditions. Then, for chaperoning for the weekend so they can have the experience singing with incredible clinicians and other students from across the state!! Oakdale is lucky to have you!!
